Mirakl Connect

An incompetent app, though it gets the job done to a great extent. Also, it's not like you have another option unless you sit it down and code the API for each marketplace on Mirakl. Can you imagine that they do not provide Location selection for inventory management? Total inventory is included in all Mirakl marketplaces automatically. We have been warning them for 3 years without success. It does not look like they care much about their Shopify connector.

poor integration, it fails on updates, it fails on delivery and customer service. poor integration with delivery companies. the sync between pricing and product inventory is not seamless and causes issues.

If there is another platform, that would work better then that is where we will go.

Very difficult to use. Not intuitive. You have to make changes to every product to get the product catalog to import into a single account which means you might as well just do it on there website.
