Works very well for us to integrate the marketplace sites with our shopify system and warehouse system too. Orders flow through seamlessly and dispatch/tracking can be added . Would recommend
We've used the Mirakl app for the last 6 months to allow us access to a specific marketplace.
It was really simple to set up and has worked seamlessly to sync products, stock, orders and despatch info. We can't fault it.
We’ve been using Mirakl Connect to sync B&Q marketplace orders with Shopify, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The app fails to transfer essential VAT information from Mirakl into Shopify, so every order appears as zero VAT. This is completely incorrect and makes the orders unusable for invoicing or accounting.
This is not a minor issue. It creates real problems for tax compliance and financial reporting. Support confirmed that this limitation is known. There is no way to map additional fields, and no built-in tools to generate correct invoices.
If you need accurate tax handling, proper order records, or anything beyond the bare minimum sync, this app will not meet your needs.

We want to clarify an important point about the tax information handling: This isn't actually a limitation of our connector, but rather reflects B&Q's specific order processing workflow. B&Q creates orders initially without tax information and only adds these details after shipping. Since Shopify doesn't allow tax modifications once an order is created, we cannot retroactively add this information.
We completely understand how this impacts your accounting and invoicing processes. While this specific workflow is outside of our direct control, we encourage you to voice these concerns to B&Q, as marketplace-level changes would be needed to address this issue.

Connecting the Shopify App to the Mirakl Account does not work (Internal server error #500). Very bad experience and no available customer support to get help, only an useless AI chatbot.

We want to inform you that this issue was caused by a temporary technical problem with Shopify's API that affected multiple sellers between July 16th and July 17th, 2025. We're pleased to confirm that Shopify has now resolved this issue, and the installation process should be working correctly.
Regarding customer support, we understand your frustration. While our AI chatbot is designed to help with initial troubleshooting, our dedicated support team is available to all customers with active subscriptions.
