as jewelry store we use this app to give the customer the experience of feeling (how this peace will look like on me ) , its accurate and do the job as expected . the customer support is outstanding team , and always on demand Thank you , keep up the good work guys
Installed Mirror for our store, faced setup issues. Reached out for help; support responded but couldn't resolve problems. Asked for additional assistance, quoted $3000 for onboarding – unrealistic. Sadly, uninstalled app, looking for alternatives for our jewelry store. Better support pricing could have made a difference.

We're disheartened to learn about the challenges you encountered during setup. Upon an internal review, we've examined our email correspondences and found that our support POC provided step-by-step guidance for setting up the mirrAR app, including a helpful YouTube video once requested by the team. As our app listing indicates, DIY with our team's assistance is complimentary. However, a charge is applicable for end-to-end setup by the mirrAR team, as communicated by our support point of contact and outlined in the pricing section of our app listing.
