Worst app came across. Support is bullshit. Most of the time customers will not be able to redeem points.
Its been 5 months its not working. They will just give false hope and keep on passing issues within their internal team.
We will never recommend this paytm mloyal for loyalty program.
Dear Customer:
Sorry to hear about your experience. The issue you are perhaps referring to was the one with the OTP and that was linked to the DLT template registration regulated by the Government. The process of getting the verified template was taking much longer than expected and that process was being managed by a third party. Once the template was approved, this problem did not recur.
The problem was not related to the loyalty program or this app that serves as the data bridge / middleware. Unfortunately, the issue was with the template approval process.
We have been assisting you with all other concerns that you have had in the past. This was the only one that had a dependency on a third party and took some time. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. We will be happy to assist you with any other issues you have.
