Modalyst for Suppliers

A Must Have for Vendors!!! Modalyst has provided our brand unprecedented exposure and brought us hundreds of sales on a commission only basis :-)
I previously worked with affiliate networks that charged us a bunch of money and they couldn't generate a fraction of the sales that Modalyst has. I highly recommend their platform!!! check it out, it's easy to use and only takes like 20 min to set up..

We have had a very bad experience with this Modalyst and cannot recommend this company. Here are some of the issues we experienced:

1) Platform didn't sync with our inventory as it is supposed. So if you remove something from your shop it continues to be available for sale through their platform and we would get orders for items that were sold out and removed from our shop.

2) They control how much we the supplier can charge for shipping. You end up losing money on shipping because they require you ship all items regardless of size and weight for $5 domestic and international shipping rates are an even bigger joke.
3) They try to hold suppliers responsible if a product the supplier ships is lost or stolen or doesn't get delivered by the delivery company. They don't get that a supplier responsibility ends once the package is provided to the shipping company for delivery. In the event a product is not shipped but not delivered the only taking a loss is the Supplier as the product has been shipped and the shipping company has been paid.

Modalyst has been Awesome sale channel for us. Our partnership with them allows us to tap into their platform and puts us in front of their extensive network of shopify retailers. Jill is super impressive and responsive

Great way to get your products stocked in different countries and widen your audience dramatically

You will not find a better platform to dropship as a supplier than Modalyst. There module is friendly to use, and customer service is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend using this app if you are looking for a successful production/business as a supplier.

Using Modalyst has been such a great experience! From Lillian to Jill, everyone is so helpful and nice! Any question I have gets answered immediately and new ideas are always being suggested.
