Modalyst for Suppliers

This app is not compatible in UK. This is not fair for businesses globally. I don't recommend this app

I found the Modalyst website and read all about it and it seemed to fit how my company operates very well. I installed the Modalyst App for Suppliers on Shopify. I had one problem with the product syncing and contacted customer service through the online chat. I was again surprised when the customer service person took such an interest in my store and products. He reviewed my store and my products, gave me several tips and a couple things to change. I made the changes and submitted the application for acceptance to Modalyst. Again, I was surprised to receive emails during the time that the application was being processed. The application was accepted. I ended up talking to several people during this process and the level of help and interest was genuinely phenomenal. If the time my store spends on Modalyst goes as well as the application process it should be fantastic relationship. I genuinely thank the staff at Modalyst for all the help, advice, and recommendations.

Onboarding was pretty straightforward and easy. Seller support was quick to answer questions and help.

The app is easy to install, it smoothly synces the products and you have full controll over what items in your store you wish to make available. Instant syncing of inventory, the support is super helpful too. Thumbs up for onboarding, have really high hopes for the future partnerships the app offers.

One of our favorite drop ship apps. Definitely has added value to our business. The support is awesome as well, if an issue arises.

I was really happy with the onboarding process and the customer service rep Jose who was probably the most responsive agent I have ever worked with. Like really on the ball and well versed in Modalyst and its functions.

As a supplier, they offer a large network of retailers to work with. The process to sign up with seamless and only took a couple of days.

There have been a few glitches, but all in all, it works great and I really like the people in the company and the great, personal customer service. I highly recommend it!

Awful support, can not provide easy technical issue answers.
Instead of losing their issues, they order you to send screenshots of sensitive information.

I have my own products and was really interested and looking forward to be one of their suppliers. They have only one agent who wanted to know every information regarding my products which we provided, and then they let me know that i wasn't fit for their platform. Really frustrating.

I had a lot of questions when setting up with Modalyst and received really good service and help. I am really hoping that as a supplier, it will send me new sellers of my product line.

They will not uninstall when requested. 4 sales in two years also you have to comply with their rules not yours.

Our experience with Modalyst as both a supplier and retailer has been stellar! Their customer service and response time is incredible! They reply very quickly to all questions and are so responsive and positive! The app is very easy to use and navigate. Their tech support for the app is also very well done! I highly recommend this app to both suppliers and retailers!

First, Lillian is AWESOME! Thanks for welcoming me to the family so warmly. Also, thanks for proactively informing me of all of the support options you guys offer. I considered using modalyst as a retailer a while back and stumbled upon the supplier app a few weeks ago. After many MANY tweaks to my production process (my husband is silently mouthing UGH! - hahaha) I was finally ready to pull the trigger and apply for your program. I knew what I was expecting as a retailer and I would never have offered another retailer anything less. I'm so happy to offer retailers affordable quality domestic merch. Bonus points for giving me clout for offering free shipping! If you're considering becoming a supplier please know that you must be willing and able to earn a decent net profit with receiving at the least 50% MSRP. If you have to artificially inflate your prices just to meet that threshold then this probably isn't the app for you OR you need to reassess your production process... Hahaha... In order for you to be successful, retailers have to be successful. In order for retailers to be successful, they have to be able to offer consumers products at a realistic price point which allows them to profit after their own expenses. Thank you Modalyst!

I'm leaving this app a 5 star review because I believe it is a wonderful idea. The application is easy to setup and syncs with products quite well. Unfortunately, I cannot markup my MSRP high enough to even make $5.00 per transaction. So, unless you have a markup of over 100% there just isn't enough room for it to make it worth it. I pay for advertising on a regular basis and will continue to go that route rather than this B2B arrangement for exposure. Still, a great job and my situation is probably unique to me.

I have to delete this app because wholesale price setting is taking time from me. we have to prepare excel files for bulk price. Old system. If we change bulk price like bulk editor system.This app is good but old system so sorry

This is one of the best apps ever. The customer service is great and the service they provide are Outstanding. Great way to communicate with retailers and help them to see what suppliers have to offer. Just outstanding it's a must have for any supplier or wholesaler..

Modalyst is a very professional company in any respect. Their feed is very well made and with just one push of a button and no additional manpower we got every SKU listed on their portal. Their customer service team is superb and super responsive. We are so glad we work with them. Thank you, Modalyst.

Modalyst has been a *fanstastic* resource for our company. Our partnership with them allows us to tap into their platform and puts us in front of their extensive network of shopify retailers. Their customer service team (I work with Jillian) has been super responsive and great to work with as well. Couldn't be happier!

Having an internet based clothing line, IronTreeClothing.com and serving as both the owner and sole employee with a never-ending amount of things to do, everything from the back-end website, processing orders, dealing with retailers and customers around the world, to R & D, to physically printing and label-sewing of each t-shirt I send out...

Having the Modalyst App running through my Shopify Store has been a true blessing.

The Modalyst App makes updating products, descriptions and prices with all the retailers that also run their online store through Shopify super easy. I just keep my site updated and once completed, push a button to update all retailers. All orders are processed and shipped, which syncs tracking info with my retailer, through my own store's merchant portal.

I wish all of my other retailers would grab the Modalyst App for Shopify, it would give me more time to surf!
