Be very careful before you upgrade your account. If you ever want to downgrade back to hobby it's next to impossible unless you uninstall and you'll lose all of your imported products, even if you're below the 25 free product limit. Support will give you the run around and tell you it's not a problem, but it is.
INVENTORY SYNC ISSUES! I AM ONLY PAYING THE APP FOR THE BRANDED ITEMS! BUT ALL THE PRODUCTS SHOWS ZERO OUT OF STOCK WHEN YOU SYNC THEM ON SHOPIFY! I WANT MY FULL REFUND FOR THE WHOLE YEAR!!!

The site is easy to used, very friendly and organized. The brands and products you have are of all kinds of taste and preference. The support and attention to the user are wonderful. Modalyst is amazing!
Giving this app 5 stars is an understatement. i absolutely love the easy access around the app. I recommend this app to everyone from 18 & over, i feel like the boss I am.
This app is amazing! The products that are available are of great quality. And the UI is very easy to use. I recommend Modalyst to any beginner in the drop-shipping world.
I have used this company for over 3 years and was able to get a great deal and love how they are adding new features to meet my needs. There are also great brands in this app.
In error I purchased the wrong plan and immediately asked them to refund as I didnt use it. I did not see my money returned at all.
The issue was fixed after 1 hours . It probably was a misunderstanding .

I had a chance to look at the history of conversation between you and our Support team and I think there may have been some confusion when you requested to cancel the Hobby plan -- which is our $0/month option. Fatal and generic customer service. The providers do what they want and the custodians of the app do nothing. They only answer you with generic responses. They have you waiting 1 month saying the same thing for more than 8 times. F-

In looking at the history of your conversations with our team, it sounds like your frustration stems from the lack of clarity around how Modalyst works as a dropshipping app even though it's not listed as a distinct inventory location in your Shopify admin.

I used this app to help me build my Shopify dropshipping business because it has an array of quality products! Modalyst helped me take my dropshipping business to the next level. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to expand their products.

Long story short, it saves you in so many ways! Just check it out and the price is very reasonable considering what they do.
