Well, I was excited to find an app that offers a faster shipping service and vendors in the states. I received my first order a couple of days ago. It was an order to put through using chrome extension, which I already had installed on day one. When you go to process it. You order through modalyst and it takes you to Shein’s site to place the order for the customer. On the demo video, it shows it should go from unpaid order to paid. A half day goes by, and I try it again. I also, check my bank account right after the second time trying. It show’s two orders for the customer went through. Jill from modalyst said it would be on Sheins end, and that I would need to contact them to cancel one order. I tried to contact them, but they don’t respond, so now I have two orders going to the customer. I received an email stating they will be delivered by DHL express by the end of the day tomorrow. I have emailed Jill from madalyst and another person with modalyst about why my paid order has not been updated to paid. So that I could send my customer an update on their order with tracking info., and I still have not received a response. I am disappointed in the follow through with customer service with Modalyst. I would continue using them, if this was to be up-dated and was responded to. I will wait a couple more days. If all else fails, I will unfortunately have to end the service. I will then switch to Oberlo, because if this is the way the service is going to be from the beginning. It scares me to continue ising them for the future. Also, I will probably not continue to use Shein through them, since they sell their products for cheap, so whats the point in me selling their products when the next order the customer will place it with them for cheaper than what I offer. For now I have to give this app 2 ⭐️ ⭐️ ’s only because, they offer vendors from the States, but is still a very low selection and they show a long list of vendors, but they have no products in their section. There are only a few vendors that have some nice pieces, but they are still a bit pricey. Now if there were more products to offer, then I would make my site into just a high end, couture on-line boutique business. I hope this helps with updating Modalyst to make everyone happy or some insight into what you will be putting your hard work and quality time into building. Thank you

Love the app. Love the products made in the USA! Wish the free version offered more than 25 products. Trying to get a feel if these items will sale and to many great items to choose from!

This app is easy to use and understand. Support is provided for anything a seller would need help on. Great app that I recommend.

I have recently installed and absolutely love the app. The items are easy to sort, view inventory, brands, processing time, and more. All the information you need to price/sell for a profit. This is one of the few apps that I have used that actually import the product info in the proper places and actually include a description of the item...not just a blanket descrip. The communications from the brand suppliers is prompt and friendly. Just setting up the store, I obviously don't have sales yet...but as long as the delivery to my customers hold up then this rating will stay a five...only wish there was a + at the end!! I started with the free trial, with intentions of upgrading depending on how things went. An order was placed through their WISH Extension. It did not sync with Modalyst app as I was told it should have, so after being paid, the item still showed as pending in the the Modaylst app and paid in the WISH APP and I had no idea what to tell the customer. I was also concerned about delivery time and how long it would take to begin fulfillment as long delivery times hurt business...Shopify Customer Service was unable to fix the issue, but did try and sent an email to Modalyst. I did as well through the app. I received a generic auto response that went something like, thank you for contacting us....rep will get back to you....No one followed up. I refunded the customer as item remained unfulfilled several days later (according to the app.) and received no confirmation that the order actually went through. My biggest concern is the lack of communication. App's/computer programs have glitches at times and nothing is perfect 100% of the time, but being unable to communicate with anyone is unacceptable, especially when the store's reputation is on the line.

Love this app so far so good, got in contact with customer service which was very fast. Can’t wait to see the great outcome from this app.

A must app to have if you're a fashion store. Stop reading this and Get It. Love It, Love It.

Just began using this app but the amount of products available is amazing, they are also very helpful with any questions you have and make it as easy as possible for you to integrate and sell products. I would definitely recommend to at least give it a try. 14 days and no credit card information, you've got nothing to lose.
