I am new to Shopify and Modalyst was a company that was recommended to me to better fit my needs. I must say, I have been very pleased so far with the services they provide. I have not "launched" my online shopify store yet, as it does need a little more work on my end. However, Modalyst has been able to provide the information, Marketing Materials, etc. that I have needed in order to help speed up the process on getting my small business up and running. I also received a personal email from Jill Sherman, the CEO & Co founder, letting me know I could email with questions or suggestions at anytime. Even though it might be a generic email, it comforts me knowing I have that contact information for any future needs along with feeling a more personal connection to the company; rather than feeling like the "needle in a haystack." So, Thank you Modalyst and Jill for making me feel welcome with your company! I look forward to working with each of you in the future.

WORST APP around. OMG i made the worst mistake ever investing my money on this app. the customer service is the worst, alex and samantha wont give you the time of the day. the interface is so bad. there are suppliers that no longer use the app but their products are still there on modalyst!
i have products that are still synced to my store but no longer available on modalyst!! this is the worst app one can use. suppliers don't reply to emails. i think shopify should kick them out off the platform if they are this bad or be guilty by association.

Amazing app, so easy to use and the list of vendors is fantastic. Highly recommend it if you are looking to drop ship.

Unbelievable customer service! When you make a mistake with your account while one of your designers closes their Modalyst store after a customer makes a purchase and you now have to sort everything out while making sure the timeline for shipment still satisfies the customer you email the CEO on the weekend and she responds MULTIPLE TIMES to help you get everything sorted!

Can't say enough about Modalyst. In short, the extra mile is where this company lives.

Being new to the idea of an online store, I struggled to find good quality products. Till i found Modalyst. Customer service is great, they have answered every question I've asked in a very timely manner, with a very detailed response.

Just added Modalyst & already love, makes the startup process SO much easier! Glad I came across it!
