It is a great app to add new products to my store. It simplifies my work a great deal. I love it so far!

I have recently installed and absolutely love the app. The items are easy to sort, view inventory, brands, processing time, and more. All the information you need to price/sell for a profit. This is one of the few apps that I have used that actually import the product info in the proper places and actually include a description of the item...not just a blanket descrip. The communications from the brand suppliers is prompt and friendly. Just setting up the store, I obviously don't have sales yet...but as long as the delivery to my customers hold up then this rating will stay a five...only wish there was a + at the end!! Thank you, Modalyst!!!

I started with the free trial, with intentions of upgrading depending on how things went. An order was placed through their WISH Extension. It did not sync with Modalyst app as I was told it should have, so after being paid, the item still showed as pending in the the Modaylst app and paid in the WISH APP and I had no idea what to tell the customer. I was also concerned about delivery time and how long it would take to begin fulfillment as long delivery times hurt business...Shopify Customer Service was unable to fix the issue, but did try and sent an email to Modalyst. I did as well through the app. I received a generic auto response that went something like, thank you for contacting us....rep will get back to you....No one followed up. I refunded the customer as item remained unfulfilled several days later (according to the app.) and received no confirmation that the order actually went through. My biggest concern is the lack of communication. App's/computer programs have glitches at times and nothing is perfect 100% of the time, but being unable to communicate with anyone is unacceptable, especially when the store's reputation is on the line.

Love this app so far so good, got in contact with customer service which was very fast. Can’t wait to see the great outcome from this app.

Just began using this app but the amount of products available is amazing, they are also very helpful with any questions you have and make it as easy as possible for you to integrate and sell products. I would definitely recommend to at least give it a try. 14 days and no credit card information, you've got nothing to lose.

I've been using Modalyst for about a month and I love it! The products selection is vast and I love the items they sale in my niche. The app is also easy to use and IMO loading products to my store is easier than other apps I've used. Overall, I'm happy I found it.

I really like the products. I think the price is a bit high unless you're selling items all the time from the app it may not be worth it. I however do not recommend this to a newbie. I do like the fact that I can add wish products to my store, but advise to paying attention to pricing for items, because they're sometimes double from wish making them cost even more for the buyer. I think it is a good app and just like everything it has to grow and it takes people writing reviews for a company to be able to grow to be better in the future.
