Modalyst: Dropshipping

I installed the app and had to give my credit card to see more options. When I gave my credit card, I just discovered a lot of things were out of stock. I uninstalled the app and contacted the Modalyst support team right away not to charge my card.

A month has passed, they have charged my card and they sent me an email that they charged again the second time. It has been over a month and no one ...

I get a call from the local posted I owe postage of $2.19 for the Mom Jeans. I have to go to the post office to pick up the item and pay again. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! VERY DISAPPOINTED. SHOPIFY GET BETTER USA DROP SHIPPERS PLEASE!

It states you need a credit card and the extension. However, neither one should be required if you have the basic/hobby plan. You cannot order Shein or what if you do not want wish controlling your inventory with cheap products.

This app is the worst, i never would recommend it. When you try to add products it isn't respond, have a lot of problems with the speed of adding products and for load the pages of the same app. You should solve this fast.

I do not know what is going on, but I will leave this a 1* until they fix the promotion.

So here what's happening, I get an email for a promotion for lifetime membership for more than 40% off (from $750 to $350) so I click on the promo and it brings me to the promo page with the price still as the original. This app can only be used for one Shopify store at the time! If you want to source dropshipping products for two different stores, you have to uninstall and delete the app from one store, before installing it for another store. Extreme limitation and out of the question for our us!

Products are on wish and Ali express. Yea there shipped in US but it's not worth the overpricing and cheapness of there products. Really annoyed

So I am a new user, however experienced. Suggestions...Orberlo seems much more advanced and I would follow their lead. 1) Allow users to change pricing with one input on the variant page for all listed products; 2) add a feature to end prices at .99; 3) allow imported products to be deleted from the import list 4) allow the product name to be read when editing (like Orberlo) rather than guessing ...

They are very difficult to get in touch with. Have emailed them on three separate occasions with questions over a week ago but have not yet received a reply. Has given up the idea of hearing from them and is now looking for other suppliers instead.
