Modalyst: Dropshipping & POD

This app its very easy to use , i use it for dropshipping and its great for beginners. I strongly recommend this app

There few a few things I wasn't too crazy about at first. The service starts at $35 a month when their competitors are charging less. You don't know how it's going to work and the trial is very limited. The sellers on this site have better shipping time and quality control than Ali express. So I can start selling right away without too much concern. This was highly needed on Shopify so I'm glad it's available. I would recommend if you are starting out and need to sell right away. FAIR WARNING, do not add anything to your list without messaging the designer first & have completed your profile (especially if you're on a trial basis). I was just testing the site before signing up (trial basis) and I was blocked for 3 months by a swimwear designer that I really liked. They have very few swimwear sellers so I was annoyed. I emailed Modalyst about this but have not heard back as of yet. Maybe they will update their info to warn retailers who new to their site.

I used this app to help me shop for my online business. I like how its easy to maneuver. The only thing I would change is bumping the imports from 25 to 50 because they have a lot of really good products and 25 just isn't enough.

My experience with the app is horrible. I received an order and had to refund my customer because I could not order the product from supplier listed in the app. The support understanding of people working for this app is that "did you communicate with the supplier?". I got this response from two different people while trying to order my product. If communication with supplier is my responsibility, what kind of support do you provide over there?

I cannot believe the items and material found in this app. Incredible and amazing prices. I am so thankful for Modalyst to have eased the headaches in creaating my store.

Good concept, love the products. However, the Customer Support Team needs A LOT of work. It is very concerning to watch orders go unprocessed daily, because NO ONE from Modalyst is willing to help trouble shoot errors. There is a real opportunity to make this app great, but customer support is key!

So far everything is going great! Awesome products and communication is great as well. I'm going with 5 stars!!!!

Randomly deletes products all products from your store forcing you to re-add them happen 3 times in one weekend
Prices change all the time and it never notifies you or changes the pricing based on pricing laws
Refuse to reply to emails to help fix issues been 8days nothing
Refund you on items that were available when you purchased them a week later as its no longer available but are still listed on wish

We're giving a review only because Modalyst carries a wide range of products that we feel will definitely bolster our brand and draw more traffic to our site. Now, we know there are other online stores out there, but everyone has their own market. We like the options in the plans and the support team REALLY does communicate with you and listens to your concerns. We're really looking for a lifelong relationship and looking to be like family......Give them try, we believe you'll be glad you did as we are.
