Great products. I've had a good experience so far. I haven't ordered anything yet but it is easy to import items. I will update the review as I use it more.

Just got started with the app. It's easy to use with some really high quality products. I'm looking forward to see how it works for my site.

I'm quit disappointed espacially with the costumer service. I mean the app itself is okey and has some good suppliers but there is bugs. There was a bug that reset product prices on my store to the wholesale modalyst prices each time I use it so I contacted Samantha in the costumer service. She was very slow, empty answers and she seemed that she doesn't want to help ( she keep leaving me seen and answering late away from my question). The costumer service is not always online and I already had to wait for them to be. Please change Samantha for me she is ot helping me at all!

I like it a lot the only thing I wish could be changed in updating prices for all items instead of 1 at a time

I'm still in the building stage of my store. Absolutely fantastic software and shopify integration! Love it! Very user friendly, amazing product selection and brands. Awesome selection of products with prices that allow a reasonable margin of profit while still being competitive.

Terrible! They don't check their suppliers. I just found out that some suppliers/wholesalers claim that product is made in US but in reality it's made in China, and the cost is way too high for Chinese made goods. Also some suppliers are not selling the products they intend to sell. Modalyst customer service is not very helpful as well. Very disappointed overall.

So far so good. I was difficult for me to figure out how to use the app at first, but as I downloaded the Chrome extension I figured out many of the functions of the app. I really like the ability to drop ship brand name products as this is my plan in the near future. Regarding the Chrome extension, with Shein it was easy to pick the items to drop ship, but with Wish it seems I have to register with Wish and that was the confusion, and still is. Other that than, so far so good.
