Modify Promotional Lightbox

The pop ups are still showing up after I have deleted this app. There aren't any instructions on how to resolve this.

Hate leaving bad reviews but sometimes you just have to. The don't reply to emails and keep billing me even though I've asked to cancel.

Love the ability to make the lightbox an image or text from page. Also really happy to find the feature of having a lightbox on specific product pages so we upgraded to the pro version.

This is a great app and was very easy to setup. Almost instantly started working and getting us more subscribers. There are still lots of amazing features that we are still yet to check out. Highly recommended.

Works great to capture emails to allow me to get to know my customers & develop a relationship with them.

I used the Modify Promotional Lightbox app(Premium Version) to implement a customized signup popup in my new Shopify website. I was quite particular with the requirements that I wanted for this signup and wasn't completely sure how to customise it. With the help from the team at ModMedia they guided me through the steps I needed to do, and then helped me by coding the customization of the popup box.

I would like to thank customer services. I faced a technical problem which I couldn't solve and they sorted everything out much quicker than I had expected.

glitchy- the app was fine for a year or so and then stalled- i was unable to access back office and edit the image on the pop up box- customers service slow- you have to wait x2 days for a response! issue has persisted for 10 days and still unresolved. I hate leaving negative feedback but i am really unhappy!

Excellent App, I tried a few other popup apps out there and this was by far the best one. Support was fast and thorough! Highly recommended.

This is a good good app love it

I am genuinely surprised with how bad this app is. The fact that this is intended to be used as a design app, but doesnt show you how your alterations affect the design in real time is barbaric, and i feel like a lumberous caveman trying to use it. I strongly advise not wasting your time, especially considering that they force you to agree to pay a subscription after your ONE free day trial before you can even use it.

All the features that should be included aren't without being forced to upgrade to use them. For something as simple as a pop up this isn't worth it.

Great tool for getting sign ups to our store. www.skinnybooze.co.uk has grown over 10% by revenue when we used the lightbox. it captures more data to target than any other and easy to use.

I had a small issues during my first time using the app and immediately got a great support answer back. I was super impressed not only in the swiftness but in the quality and attention to detail. The actual app has worked great on our site and was easy to use, especially once I got my question about image sizing answered.

It doesn't get much easier than this! We've been using the lightbox app for over a year now, and we love it. We use it regularly for email capture purposes, but also seasonally to spread the word about different ongoing events or sales. Super easy yo set up. Highly recommend!

Awesome app! Perfect for running product specific promotions, flash sale and more. Would be great if there's an option to:
1. select different display based on mobile, tablet or desktop visitors
2. activation period and time
2. select display based on new and returning visitors

This app is extremely customisable and I could easily set up my beautiful popup with very little fuss.

We have begun collecting a lot more email subscribers since installing this application. Highly recommended.

This seems to be a great app, the set up was easy enough and it seems to function. The outcome is terrific and visually I think there are a lot of interesting effects that can be added using this app. I think that the trial period of 1 day is not a long enough time to really evaluate the app and if you run into problems with installation over a weekend, as I did, it could take longer than that to address the issue so a longer initial review period seems almost essential for a fair evaluation. Non the less, I did get my issue resolved and think that I will really use this app a lot. -1 star for 1day only evaluation period.

Works great. Had a 200% increase in email sign ups since we installed it. Are going to try it for other purposes now. But so far so good. Does everything it says it does and can be nicely customized. No issues at all right now. Nice!

So far, so good. Shame to have to upgrade to gain the display pop-up on leaving function, but easy to use and looks great!

I love this app... It's so customizable and really easy to set up. I've seen a noticeable increase in subscribers since using this app (and I previously had a pop-up running with a different app)... Definitely worth the $5/month and then some.

I hit a few snags in set up and tech support was right on it.
Quick to respond to emails and right there on the other end of the phone.

This app has been instrumental in bringing multiple subscribers to my store. Hopefully additional improvements will make editing the image and subscribe button location easier via GUI. Good job so far!
