Hate leaving bad reviews but sometimes you just have to. The don't reply to emails and keep billing me even though I've asked to cancel.
We apologise if you have tried to contact us previously we only seem to have the enquiry that you sent after writing this review. We try to reply to emails within a day or two from receiving them depending on how complex the issue.
To cancel an App on Shopify please go to your Apps in your store and delete it. If you have a billing discrepancy please contact Shopify in regards to a refund.

glitchy- the app was fine for a year or so and then stalled- i was unable to access back office and edit the image on the pop up box- customers service slow- you have to wait x2 days for a response! issue has persisted for 10 days and still unresolved. I hate leaving negative feedback but i am really unhappy!
I am genuinely surprised with how bad this app is. The fact that this is intended to be used as a design app, but doesnt show you how your alterations affect the design in real time is barbaric, and i feel like a lumberous caveman trying to use it. I strongly advise not wasting your time, especially considering that they force you to agree to pay a subscription after your ONE free day trial before you can even use it.
