Staff Access Audit Guard

Free: audit score + reminders. Upgrade for CSV, drift alerts, and PDF evidence.

Free: audit score + reminders. Upgrade for CSV (Pro) / PDF (Business). Apps request scopes - including AI and agentic apps. This app classifies each granted scope, flags protected customer-data and broad-write access, and scores your store Low to High (higher is safer). Staff and collaborator reviews get overdue flags; drift alerts fire when scopes, owners, or costs change. Export CSV or PDF evidence. Manual app-cost tracking flags duplicate paid categories. First audit runs on install.

• Scores every installed app's access risk: Low, Moderate, Elevated, or High.
• Flags apps - including AI apps - that can read or write customer data.
• Tracks staff and collaborator access with 30/90-day review reminders.
• Alerts on scope, owner, or cost drift after every scheduled audit.
• Exports CSV (Pro) or PDF (Business) evidence for internal reviews.
