ultra buggé, sauf pour vous facturer; là tout fonctionne.
Je n'ai jamais pu utiliser cette "application" si on peut appeller ça comme ça.
Je passe par le site web se mondial relay, plus rapide.
Tout le temps les mêmes messages d'erreur de numero de telephone invalide ou autre... totalement illogique, alors que sur version web je n'ai pas ce genre de problèmes.
Et se faire rembourser s'avère impossible.
pas de suivi connect depuis plusieurs moi, personne ne repond ! personne pour annuler des etiquettes. mais le responsable de l'application m'a appelé un jour férié pour m'aider a resoudre le probleme, m'a fait une grosse remise commerciale, a contacter mondial relay pour moi et on a finalement pu resoudre le probleme en 24h apres des mois de combat. Donc merci a ce monsieur !
