Superbe application. Le service support est très réactif et efficace. Je recommande cette application que j'utilise depuis février 2023
application qui marche bien ,
suite a la mise a jour de shopify, il a fallu que je m'adapte pour le choix des relais, l'assistance de mondial relay a été rapide et efficace, pour une resolution du probleme très rapidement.
La petite amelioration ? ce serait bien que les diffréents statuts apparaissent dans le suivi , avec un statut commande livrée par exemple. Pour presque 15 euros par mois ce serait un plus .
Mais bon appli efficace .
J'ai récemment souscrit pour cette application. L'installation a été facile et la génération des étiquettes fluide. Par contre, les statuts de livraison ne se mettent pas à jour au delà de "suivi ajouté" sur le back office Shopify. Cela ne facilite pas le suivi surtout quand on a plusieurs transporteurs. Le service client n'est pas très réactif et la réponse apportée à cette question peu convaincante. Un peu décevant pour 35€ par mois.

J'avais mal configurer la sélection de points relais et ils ont pris les choses en main en modifiant là où je mettais trompée!

Peut être préciser que quand on veut valider l'étiquette directement il faut qu'il y ai de l'argent sur notre compte prépayé mondial Relay, ce n'est pas des paiements automatiques à chaque étiquettes c'est pris sur le compte prépayé en gros :)
Mais gain de temps cet appli! Vraiment!

Il m'est impossible de contacter qui que se soit via le bouton contact. Comment puis-je contacter le service client ?
Je n'arrive pas a trouver de point relais sur une commande ou le client n'a pas selectionné manuellement, il y a plusieurs point relay disponible quand je regarde sur google mais l'application n'en detecte aucune ? dans aucune ville de France...
