Aanvankelijk leek deze app erg goed te zijn voor wat ik nodig had: een koppeling tussen Shopify en mijn boekhoudprogramma Moneybird. De set up ging heel soepel, waar dat bij een een andere app die ik geprobeerd had niet zo was. Maar helaas kreeg ik nu van m'n boekhouder op de kop, want de btw wordt niet goed geboekt en dat lijkt niet opgelost te kunnen worden na contact met support. Dan vind ik het toch wel een hele dure app, als ik er toch weer steeds handelingen voor moet doen om de problemen die het veroorzaakt op te lossen.
Echt heel jammer dat je met deze app geen controle hebt over het matchen van de btw posten.
Goede app! Aflettering en inkomende bestellingen worden goed gekoppeld.
I don't know enough about software to comment on that. It does allow me to have a Shopify store that links both PayPal and Shopify to Moneybird my book keeping app. I do know about customer service and CombiDesk people are very helpful. Jessie helped me this morning to configure the mapping to a new business. For a low tech person, I was able to set tis up with his help. These intergrations save a lot of time for me and my time is very limited.
