Pleasantly surprised by how good their support is. We've been trying different apps but couldn't find exactly what we're looking for. This app is quite diverse in it's offerings & support is there to customize things as well. Highly recommend 10/10 from us!

This app is exactly what I’m after -cart drawer upsell. It’s easy to navigate and has the features that an upsell app needs. The support team was extremely helpful to guide and help me through the setup process.
Why can't they make a normal gift app. Please note that promo codes for discounts will no longer work in your store... You can add only one gift.
1. Monk is a full suite AOV enhancement app with free gift being one of our many features.
2. There is an option during the app setup to enable compatibility with discount promo codes & automatic discounts.
3. The app has a default restriction of 1 gift per customer but merchants have the ability to remove this restriction from a setting within the setup.
I have just begun using this app to set up in-cart and product page upsells. Simple and intuitive to use. I had an issue with my first upsell not displaying on my website, but my request for help in the chat box was responded to instantly, and the issue was fixed in a matter of minutes.
Great functionality for BOGO offers, stellar immediate customer support also. Thank you for the assistance getting this all set up!
This app has everything I have been looking for in regards to free gifts for my customers. I did need help and the live chat support was awesome and rectified all of my issues. Highly recommend.
