Had some issues with the offer not showing up on my store, support got on chat immediately and helped resolve. They've built the app keeping in mind to not intrude on user experience which is much better than most upsell apps that we've tried.

I have literally not come across a support team that's so responsive and helpful! They actively went out of their way to help us and understand the app better. I cannot recommend this app & the team enough - look no further!

Words can not describe how INCREDIBLE this team is to work with. Any app we have used in the past has come with limitations; in customer service and in functionality. Our site is quite complex and we have needed a huge amount of edits in our code to get things working correctly. Amazing app – easy to use, beautiful design. Support is excellent – fast response, translates I requested were done in just a few minutes! Only minus – the bundle offer only shows when a product is added to cart. Discussed it with support and got an explanation that the team is working on an update for bundle offers to be visible on product page before adding it to cart. After this update it will be an absolutely perfect app in every way! Looking forward to that, meanwhile hoping the app will increase our AOV! Good luck to your team – you are the best!

This app is very neat and easy to set up. Support team is formidable. App it´s not intrusive to the customers unlike other upselling apps we´ve tried in our store. Definetely a must have!

I used this app to create a free gift option. I didn't think I would be able to figure this out Im new at Shopify but the app has an easy interface and customer support was excellent. Monk Cart is awesome! A+
