Monk Free Gift with Purchase

Features: A true gem on shopify app store! We were in pain to find a nice app that could add a free gift to our built-in cart slider with rules so that if someone wanted to add more they couldn't, and also to remove the gift when the cart threshold goes under the limit. This app does it all and i'm sure it has a ton more features for us to use. Support: AMAZING! 5-STAR service. Althought it's Black Friday and they are super busy they were kind enough to help me on the fly. Very smart staff and they even recommended a few tips that is going to make my customers experience better. Do not hesitate. Install the app and enjoy its features!

Visually the app looks good and offers enough customization. The support was very helpful and responsive. I definitely appreciate their collaborative approach. The process of setting up the app and making everything work was a little hindered due to Shopify server-side problems. Nevertheless, the support team has managed to help me out and made an effort to make my offer work as intended. Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize all of the functionalities of the app and couldn't find some features I was specifically looking for so had to keep looking out in the app store. If offered features are what you need, I highly recommend Monk. I have managed to generate a few hundred dollars of additional revenue during the trial period using free gift milestone offer.

This app is absolutely incredible for adding a free gift to your customers cart! I wanted to utilize the free gift option for the holiday season and I made the right choice by selecting this app! There were a few things I had questions on and couldn’t figure out on my own however the App owner was so incredibly helpful, there was a live chat I was able to get on multiple times to receive help. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced on an app and it also gets the job done perfectly!

We wanted to find an app that would allow us to give tiered rewards/free gifts to customers who made purchases over a certain amount - we're currently using this app to do so and it's working great! It doesn't overlap with our other checkout/post-purchase apps, and the Monk customer support team has also been very helpful with their quick responses to all of our questions.
