Unbelievable support, I have functions for my store that require this app and it's free gift function. The support was A+, the founder Ravish stepped in when some of the requirements I had were too complicated for general support and we had this implemented within an hour. The Monk app offers many features that are perfect for my store, and they regularly update the app with new functionalities.
