Monk Free Gift BOGO & Upsell

We could not find a cart upsell app that worked well with our Motion theme and other cart plugins. Monk worked great and the customer support chat has always been very responsive to us.

I chose Monk because I wanted to create a more advanced checkout experience with a free gift option, not just a basic discount. I had a small issue at checkout at first, but the Monk support team took it very seriously and resolved everything within two days. Now my website works beautifully, and the setup is exactly what I wanted. I love how the offer looks and how many possibilities the app gives me. Great app and amazing customer service!

Very helpful support and fast to respond to technical investigatons

There is a bit of a user learning curve with the product itself, but the support staff is super helpful and responsive when you do run into any issues.

Given the price of the app, I thought customer support would be able to help us, but no.
No one was willing to help me set up the progress bar.
No enthusiasm, no motivation, I definitely do not recommend this app, especially considering the price and the features it offers.
Don't waste your time.

Works great and has fantastic responsive support would recommend.
