Monk Free Gift+Checkout Upsell

The Monk app offers many features that are perfect for my store, and they regularly update the app with new functionalities. Their customer service is very quick and helpful in solving problems, and if the agent can’t resolve it immediately, they follow up with an email solution. In my case, the agent Jay was a great help and stayed in the chat with me until the issue was resolved. I highly recommend the app.

So far the app works great, I look forward to exploring all aspects that this app has to offer. I'm using it to provide free gifts for Black Friday, and so far it's great. I love that I can run multiple gifts for different price brackets at the same time!

What's even more amazing is the customer service. I was struggling with some aspects of the app and having it work as I had envisioned, and Jay replied to my message on a Sunday! Not only did he reply, and help walk me through the different options, he got on a video call with me help make the process that much easier. I mean, that's the best customer service I've come across. I certainly didn't expect anyone to be able to help me on the weekend never mind go out of their way to make sure everything was set up perfectly.

The app has been very helpful to us especially at holiday time. The best aspect is actually the support team... most responsive app support of any we've used on this platform.

The entire Monk team was very responsive in helping me set up and trouble shoot a cross-selling funnel on my site. They were easy to communicate via email, and their instructions (with screenshots) were simple to understand. I'm glad I have Monk's app.

For a store with a few orders the price is absolutely fine, but up to 1001 orders, it's quite expensive.
Anyway, it works and really helps in order bumps and other functionalities.

I am impressed with this app so far. I set up a tiered free gift selector and it worked exactly how I expected it to. Had to contact support for an issue but they replied immediately and quickly solved my issue. Looking forward to using the cross-sell function to help with AOV.
