Great tool, easy to install with the help of their support. Their team installed the app for me on the site in two minutes.
I used this app to create a free gift option. I didn't think I would be able to figure this out Im new at Shopify but the app has an easy interface and customer support was excellent. Monk Cart is awesome! A+

The customer service offered from this app is BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! Instant and extremely helpful. They are very customer-centric and go above and beyond to help their customers in a friendly manner. quick install, does what i needed it to do. Very fast chat support. i wish it were easier to change the text regarding the offer that the customer sees, but they were able to get it changed for me quickly. did not actually work with other shopify discounts. would either let the customer use an automatic discount, or get a free product, but not both. disaster. not user friendly.

Monk actually does have a Shopify discount compatibility in place - it's mentioned during the app set-up as well. We have 100s of stores using Monk's features in combination with their discount codes and automatic discounts.
Nice app, tested it and liked it. Great support from Murtuza, quick response and got the problem solved with no hiccups
