Monk Free Gift+Checkout Upsell

Straightforward onboarding experience and easy-to-use app. Wanted a few customizations of the offer pop up, support got on chat and helped us out immediately. Installed it in our gear up to Black Friday sales, very hopeful of seeing an increase in average order value soon.

The app needs refinement but their support team more than makes up for it. My store is relatively new & this app was referred to me by a developer. Their team helped me via chat to understand how to set-up the cross sell. No results yet but it's definitely worth a try I think.

The app is very broad and easy to use. It has a wide range of selection to apply upsell and crosssell. Also, the customer service chat is very useful. Murtuza was able to help me with some internal personalized settings. His way of commucation is very informative and helpful!
