Monk was easy to install and the integrations to customize the app to fit our website's aesthetic were seamless. I was able to add everything according to our brand guidelines, including special fonts and colors.

Ravish was also super helpful and responsive while we were running tests to make sure the app works on mobile & web.

Just started using this app. I'm still on the free trial but will definitely be keeping it on. It may seem quite a lot cost wise at first but it has everything within the one app so you don't need to have 3 to 4 separate apps that all mount up to the same cost. Overall it is a great addition to my site. Easy to use and support is available straight away. Would highly recommend!

Great Work, Helped me throughout the entire process setting up the application on my website.

So far the app works great, I look forward to exploring all aspects that this app has to offer. I'm using it to provide free gifts for Black Friday, and so far it's great. I love that I can run multiple gifts for different price brackets at the same time!

What's even more amazing is the customer service. I was struggling with some aspects of the app and having it work as I had envisioned, and Jay replied to my message on a Sunday! Not only did he reply, and help walk me through the different options, he got on a video call with me help make the process that much easier. I mean, that's the best customer service I've come across. I certainly didn't expect anyone to be able to help me on the weekend never mind go out of their way to make sure everything was set up perfectly.
