Visually the app looks good and offers enough customization. The support was very helpful and responsive. I definitely appreciate their collaborative approach. The process of setting up the app and making everything work was a little hindered due to Shopify server-side problems. Nevertheless, the support team has managed to help me out and made an effort to make my offer work as intended. Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize all of the functionalities of the app and couldn't find some features I was specifically looking for so had to keep looking out in the app store. If offered features are what you need, I highly recommend Monk. I have managed to generate a few hundred dollars of additional revenue during the trial period using free gift milestone offer.
