App has allowed me to upsell at the checkout with a user-friendly implementation. The Monk team have been very helpful with any issues to resolve.

Monk is a decent Shopify app to be able to execute upsells and cross-sells. However, it can take several second to load on the page. But, this is my only suggestion for improvement.
