This app is absolutely incredible for adding a free gift to your customers cart! I wanted to utilize the free gift option for the holiday season and I made the right choice by selecting this app! There were a few things I had questions on and couldn’t figure out on my own however the App owner was so incredibly helpful, there was a live chat I was able to get on multiple times to receive help. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced on an app and it also gets the job done perfectly!

Shopify's default free gift promotion capabilities are really lackluster, so what Monk provides in their app is far superior. Their support was really helpful and fast, getting the app to work properly in my custom theme. Their app is proving to be a crucial part of my store's success during our busy holiday season.
