We could not find a cart upsell app that worked well with our Motion theme and other cart plugins. Monk worked great and the customer support chat has always been very responsive to us.
I chose Monk because I wanted to create a more advanced checkout experience with a free gift option, not just a basic discount. I had a small issue at checkout at first, but the Monk support team took it very seriously and resolved everything within two days.
