Had a great experience using the app! The interface is smooth and easy to use. What really stood out was their problem-solving, the support team responded immediately and resolved my issue within minutes. Really impressed with their quick action and professionalism.

There are two things I really like about this app (among many others):

It lets you test on a draft theme instead of directly on the live one — which helps avoid any potential mess.

I’ve tried quite a few other “fancy” and pricey apps, but most have limited font options. Monk, on the other hand, allows you to use your existing website font. We use a custom Adobe font, so the free gift offer designed with Monk perfectly matches the rest of our site.

Really strong app! A lot of options compared to other cross-sell or free gift apps. Directions for various offer setups are very clear and they offer great support to make sure things populate correctly based on various shopify themes. Researched a ton of these sort of apps and this one was the stand out by far! Loving it
