Customer service could be better, and the app had features that never worked. Disappointed with what could be a useful app.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Saw the 2 reviews from your stores. Just went through all the chat history and spoke with all who were involved. This should have NEVER happened. - Can't believe it did!!!!
This is not the normal level of Monster service our customers love from our other apps.
Yes these were new features you were working with.. but no excuses - they should have been working. I'm extremely sorry.

I've emailed you directly and would love to help personally get to a solution you love.

Buggy and never worked correctly. Chased their "support" for weeks, trying to get them to fix a problem with the app. Support lied to me multiple times, claiming it was fixed when it wasn't.
