Decent app, but picked up that they are duplicating their charges every month. They charge a monthly fee + usage & a monthly fee again. I reached out to their support 2 weeks ago and keep getting a general response that they've passed on the message to the team leader, but still no response. Can you please refund and fix your charges ASAP? Check your charges on your monthly bill!

MonsterCart is a really great app! We've tried a fair few similar apps, but have always come back to MonsterCart as the interface is easy yet powerful to use! The customer service is above & beyond, super helpful.

I dont write reviews very often, but i had to give feedback from what has been a great experience all round with this app. Not only does it give me a lot more sales and easy to use - but the customer service is the best ive ever encountered. I'd recommend this app to anyone.

Warning this does NOT work with product variants. It also does not work with subscription products (i.e., excluding subs from upsells)

Their product says "fully compatible with product variants" but that does not mean it's possible to do a product upsell with a specific variant.

Instead it means that it can apply in the same way to all variants of a product.

Monster Cart is very detailed, interactive and well laid out cart feature.
We did notice it was a little slow at first.

The customer service team were very quick to respond to our queries.

In addition to increasing my AOV, Monster Cart goes above and beyond. At one point I thought I was having an issue with
My cart and asked the team at Monster Cart to fix the issue. Not only did they figure out the issue was not with their cart but they also figured out what the issue was and how to fix it. The issue was with a totally different app but they put in the extra effort to ensure my shop was up and running correctly. Well done Monster Cart Team!
