Disappointed, got minimal support from recent issue which affected our business and we lost out on sales due to customer frustration. There was an issue with the cart refresh, and it ended up affecting product pages where the customer was sent back to the homepage. Raised a request twice and even sent a video, but got zero response or update on the situation. Really disappointed. Have moved to an alternate.
Angelica was very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing up the issue when we had trouble setting up the free gift offer. Response time is very quick and she was able to get it sorted in no time.
When I fist emailed the team asking them about pricing I got an email pretty quick, I emailed back to confirm a few things but did not get a response which was disappointing. In the end I decided to just try it anyway. So far so good, It was a little funny to set up. Overall though I just had to make sure I was going step my step. I had some issues with how the shipping slider looked and I was able to get some help on this which was great so I really appreciated that quick turn around. I have not seen any amazing conversations or increase as yet in AOV however, I am quite a new store and also I have only one campaign being used so these might be playing into that. I will see how I go and use some other campaigns and see if this helps with my conversions/AOV ect. would recommend trying it out and just seeing if it right for you.
I've always had such an amazing experience with Monster Upsell. The customer service team are swift with their replies and so helpful. Charlene is fabulous. A super easy app to integrate into your store. Highly recommend

A great app for managing your carts with specials such as free gifts, discounts and campaigns. Their support channel is usually quick to reply and the team is very friendly and eager to help
Such a game changer! Love the simplicity and effectiveness of this app - also the support team were really fast to solve my issues during set up!
We're looking at switching apps. This cart plugin has given away way too much for free to our customers. For example, if we have discount codes created in shopify and we have our monster cart setup to give a free gift if you spend $79, it's calculating the RRP and then giving the free item (worth $35) even after the client has used a 40% off code which brings their ACTUAL cart total down to $47.40 (not $79) but monster cart is still allowing them to get the $35 free gift. We now have to honour this and have lost out hugely on this. Their support is almost non-existent and I have had to work most of my issues out on my own because I get back emails saying things like "that's unfortunately not a feature we have", even though I've (in some cases) figured out a way around it myself.
Have been emailing them a technical question a few times over the last week or so and getting radio silence... support is really not great compared otot other shopify apps
Angelica has been amazing! Requests for assistance has been very quick and extremely helpful when I needed assistance.
Monster Cart - great app to upsell your store, create one tick upsells, free gifts, product recommendations and bulk discounts.
