Incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful customer service!! I had an issue with a product photo carousel in the slide-out cart on my website, and I contacted Monster Cart’s customer service. Their team got back to me within 10 minutes, requested access to my store, and sorted out the problem instantly. Absolutely fantastic!

Since implementing it, I have doubled my AOV, and it includes every feature you could need in a serious upsell tool. For a while I was torn between OCU and Monster Cart, but with their latest updates, Monster Cart clearly wins across the board.

Customer support has also been excellent. Fast, reliable, and at one point I even had one of the founders, Ty, personally assisting me.

100/10. If you are looking for an upsell app that genuinely lifts AOV, this is the one to use.

I've been so impressed with Monster Cart so far - the team are very helpful as well in quickly answering any set-up questions. I really like the added features that Monster cart have that I know don't exist in the other cart apps - Monster Cart for example have in-cart drawer scarcity timers and banner announcements.
