So far I like it. I used it for 10-20 mins and the app is very user-friendly. Very easy to use and to understand. I hope they will add more features soon so we can enjoy the Q4.

Had the most amazing experience with MonsterApps! Recommended from my e-commerce business group.

Started off with a super helpful query from Shada late at night then followed up with super helpful Charlene the next day.

YouTube tutorials are easy to follow to get started and Charlene was incredible helping me navigate any questions I had. Incredible support and I was able to keep the chat open whilst I set up the app, able to check in whenever I needed without having to close the chat.

Obviously a business who has their stuff together and I look forward to recommending them to others.

I am just now messing around with the features. I had some questions to start out and the customer service was GREAT to say the least! Nothing worse than dealing with a bot or someone who just shoves deals down your throat. The most basic part of this app lets me delete other apps I cant stand. Already off to a great start!

This app totally messed up my currency. 60 USD product was in cart for 2000 USD!!! also it is slowing my website a lot!!! If there would be an option to give 0 stars that is what I would choose!!!

Sorry to hear this. It's extremely rare for this currency issue to have happen as we use shopify best practices. It would most likely have been due to a conflict with another app or theme issue.
I couldn't see any conversations between yourself and the support team.
Happy to help get this sorted asap if you decide to download the app again. :)
