Disappointed, got minimal support from recent issue which affected our business and we lost out on sales due to customer frustration. There was an issue with the cart refresh, and it ended up affecting product pages where the customer was sent back to the homepage. Raised a request twice and even sent a video, but got zero response or update on the situation. Really disappointed. Have moved to an alternate.
Have been emailing them a technical question a few times over the last week or so and getting radio silence... support is really not great compared otot other shopify apps
The app is alright but it lack feature. Like they just enabled the subscription feature in cart, considering most brand do free shipping for subscription order they only have free shipping unlock for AOV no subscription and their support is terrible they take forever to reply in all honesty I am looking to switch to another app.
Ty here one of thee founders 🥰 We just released this new feature. Its functionality is perfect for the 1000's of brands using it... however yes.. would be great to add this extra functionality requested.

I apologise for the team thinking they could try to make it work for you specifically. We always try our best to make things work for stores however ... we should have stated this was outside of the scope of the product. Unfortuantely we couldn't deliver the solution wanted without rebuilding certain parts of the app.
We will be adding this to our roadmap in the future - All the best.
This app is so good for boost your cart design and function, but I can't believe that this app have not a native support for language translation... the customer service suggest me to install another app for translate the text on the cart, but I, as all other people that use multilanguage Shopify, already have an app for translator, and is not acceptable to install (and pay) another app for translate... please STAFF do your best to integrate this, we already pay to use your app! P.S: I'm not asking for an integration with my translating app, but to let MonsterCart APP (a very game changer app) to let translate the text natively from the app settings.
We do not integrate with your existing translating app. As per support conversations.
Unfortunately, it's up to them to build the code to make it work. We are code wizards but we can't play God 😅 and force them to do it. - For anyone reading this... as we say in our integrations lists... we are compatible with the #1 language app on Shopify - Transcy. If other language apps want to support us feel free!!! 🙌🥰

App has a Quick response time
It's a decent application but some sections of the Cart Drawer have very limited options to customise. There is no option to modify the width of the Cart Drawer. Support seems to be non-existent and therefore we may need to uninstall it. $36.99 for only 500 orders? Ouch.

As for pricing our value should easil exceed the cost within those 500 orders. We get a lot of customers ask why we are so cheap for what we do. Always appreciate the feedback though. this entire app does not work
super hard to customize
my customers click add to cart and it takes them to the homepage
then the add to cart pops up
then when you try and click the terrible looking upsell
it doesnt even work
support isnt online during normal USA working hours
I heard great things about this platform but overall experience has been terrible. I get things happen with these apps but when you are not even available to respond during normal working hours? Thats insane.

Looking through records - I see team responded to your message within 6 minutes. I'm sorry if you expected it to be faster. Support is sometimes working with multiple stores and gets to you as soon as possible. If you would give us a chance we'd love to help get your app up and running perfectly.
(Also.. just wanted to bring to your attention... your store may have recently been hacked. I can see a different site appear when clicking your URL. Hoping you can get it fixed soon and back selling) Ty 🙏🏻

This app totally messed up my currency. 60 USD product was in cart for 2000 USD!!! also it is slowing my website a lot!!! If there would be an option to give 0 stars that is what I would choose!!!
Sorry to hear this. It's extremely rare for this currency issue to have happen as we use shopify best practices. It would most likely have been due to a conflict with another app or theme issue.

I loved this app... until I found out it was not compatible with my product options app. Upon contacting the app developer I found out that Monster Upsells is not compatible with any app that adds $ to the cart. Something to be aware of if considering this app for your store.

Correct - Only Shopify partners and partner stores can use the app for free.
When you enter the app you will have to accept charges of the base plan. However you will only be charged if you exceed the 10 day free trial.
