The customer service of this app is just amazing ! They responded to all of my questions, helped me by going on the code of my website and much more ! And all that with a respond time of less than 5 minutes. I love it :) And concerning the app itself, it is really good and I really enjoy how we can customize our cart and increase our AOV so easely and without annoying the client with popups. Early days with the app but its quite easy to use. I have been able to create the first promotion for a client of mine quite easily. Special shoutout to the Customer Service team, especially to Charlene. I had a small bug in the cart which was catered to, attended to and closed out within a few days. I love it when someone pays attention to customer service like they do!
