Angelica Rocks! Helped me like instantly when I couldn't get my cart working. Had a problem for months. Goat.

We've used Monster Cart Upsell for several years now and it works well. Their customer support is also very quick to respond. Their live chat isn't always available, but if you start a chat they will email you back pretty quick. I've also given them access to my online store several times and they're able to fix issues for me. 5/5 stars!

Really good customer service, friendly and quick. The app is easy to use and professional, with lots of options for customisation so it blends well with my store. It does exactly what it says it does!

I canceled the plugin, but they still charged me on my monthly bill.

I emailed them requesting a refund, but they haven't responded for five days.

I was considering whether to reinstall it in the future, but their attitude has left me disappointed.

Great customer service and customizations on various cart types. I've been really happy with the adaptability of the carts/offers and have been able to easily tie the aesthetic in to match my store and product. Encountered some issues integrating with other high-level apps in store, but with the devs help we have been able to navigate through that as well. Thanks Monster Cart team :)

In addition to increasing my AOV, Monster Cart goes above and beyond. At one point I thought I was having an issue with
My cart and asked the team at Monster Cart to fix the issue. Not only did they figure out the issue was not with their cart but they also figured out what the issue was and how to fix it. The issue was with a totally different app but they put in the extra effort to ensure my shop was up and running correctly. Well done Monster Cart Team!

Very helpful customer service, they helped me 2 separate times in 2 days both times they solved the issues in no time at all.

The app itself is solid and works well once it’s set up. Functionally, it does what it’s meant to do and can be a strong part of a checkout flow.

We initially ran into trouble when preparing updates heading into 2026. An issue locked us out of making changes, and early support responses suggested the problem was on our side, even after testing across multiple devices. That was frustrating at the time.

That said, after we posted our original review, the owner personally reached out and the experience completely turned around. They acknowledged the issue, made system upgrades, and walked us through the migration step by step. The level of personal attention, accountability, and follow-through was genuinely appreciated.

As a business owner myself, I know things happen. What matters is how they’re handled. In this case, the issue was owned, resolved properly, and communicated clearly.

Because of that, we’re updating this to a 5-star review. The app is solid, and when support shows up the way it ultimately did, it makes a real difference. Hopefully this becomes the standard experience moving forward.
