TL;DR: Great customer service. Upsell Rate in Cart is between 15%-17%. This app is an absolute game changer. Not only in terms of design and functionality - much more so from the customer support side. No matter what problem I had, I was always helped in maximum 2 days. Even if I had a problem on a Sunday (!), I was contacted within an hour. The app works flawlessly, and was minimally customized according to my wishes. My upsell rate (in cart) is about 15% which is almost twice as high as comparable apps. I can recommend this app without reservation and thank Raneen and Charlene warmly at this point for their constant support.

There was a bug on the cart page of the website, there were always customers skipping the Monster cart to buy our freebies, after feeding the problem back to the technical team we both got stuck in a loop, maybe there was something wrong with my description and customer service interpreted my problem as something else, but soon we caught the key bug and within four hours my problem was solved, thanks for this fast service.
