I am extremely pleased with the level of service I have received. There were two specific issues – one related to font color and the other regarding how the cart functioned within my theme. The customer service team has been exceptional, promptly addressing and correcting these issues. Normally, I do not leave reviews; however, their outstanding support has compelled me to share my positive experience with others. It is important to acknowledge when a company exceeds expectations, and I hope they continue to maintain this high standard of service.

We use MonsterApp for all our promotion campaigns and like the gamification of the discounts in the cart. Also a special mention to the support team. They go above and beyond to help and respond quickly to queries. A big thank you to Charlene and Angelica for first class service.

Only just started using Monster upsell. The live chat service was extremely fast and helpful. I found it hard to believe that I was speaking to a real person because the response and help was so quick. I have a quick add to cart button on my page and it wasnt showing the monster cart slider when clicked from a collection page so the team are accessing my store to fix that.

I have reached out two separate times through the online chat inside the app and both times I received excellent service. They listened to the kind of campaign I needed and built it for me when I was struggling, and now are there for assistance when I get stuck. It gives me great confidence in using the app. Plus, it's the only one of about 7 free gift apps in Shopify that I tried that did exactly what I wanted it to do.
