I've been using this app for over 3 years and honestly is so good and easy to use. service is amazing and a lot of things they have taken upon themselves to help and edit on behalf of me when i dont understand the steps.

I am very new to Monster Cart but over the last 2 weeks have needed help and clarification on a number of issues during a Mothers Day campaign. The response time was very quick and the advice was clear and concise making it very easy to implement the updates on my website. I feel confident that i can navigate the cart myself without relying on others to assist me in the future. Highly recommend them!

Incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful customer service!! I had an issue with a product photo carousel in the slide-out cart on my website, and I contacted Monster Cart’s customer service. Their team got back to me within 10 minutes, requested access to my store, and sorted out the problem instantly. Absolutely fantastic!

I really appreciate the support from the Monster Cart team. They were amazing and helped me resolve an issue that was actually caused by another app affecting my cart. Their response time was excellent, and they went above and beyond their own app to identify the problem and help fix it. Truly impressive service, thank you so much!

I've seen great AOV results historically using the Monster cart. I recently had an issue with billing and upgrading onto the V2 version (which offers a much faster cart), but I can say that Ty the founder is a class act and looked after me personally until the issue was fully resolved. I look forward to using Monster for the foreseeable and adding $$$ to my average order value. Cheers team.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! MonsterApps/Cart and have been using it for the past two years. I highly recommend. I just upgraded to version 2 and know I will love it even more. Their tech support is amazing 10/10 so shout out to them. If you have been considering, wait no further and download them today!!!

Very happy to give the support team a 5 star review! I was going live with a promotion and I noticed the night before the drop downs were not working as I just upgraded to V2 of the app. The team were straight onto it and resolved it quickly. Always super helpful even when the customer (i.e. me) was in panic mode. Thank you!!
