I've been using this app for over 3 years and honestly is so good and easy to use. service is amazing and a lot of things they have taken upon themselves to help and edit on behalf of me when i dont understand the steps.

I am very new to Monster Cart but over the last 2 weeks have needed help and clarification on a number of issues during a Mothers Day campaign. The response time was very quick and the advice was clear and concise making it very easy to implement the updates on my website. I feel confident that i can navigate the cart myself without relying on others to assist me in the future. Highly recommend them!

Incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful customer service!! I had an issue with a product photo carousel in the slide-out cart on my website, and I contacted Monster Cart’s customer service. I've seen great AOV results historically using the Monster cart. I recently had an issue with billing and upgrading onto the V2 version (which offers a much faster cart), but I can say that Ty the founder is a class act and looked after me personally until the issue was fully resolved. I look forward to using Monster for the foreseeable and adding $$$ to my average order value. Cheers team.
