Customer service has been next level. Instant chat response trouble shooting a glitch. Screen record support, friendly, and when we couldn't fix it my problem was sent straight to the dev team for analysis. Thanks Monster team!
Highly recommend this app for higher conversion rates. Customer service is great and I usually have a response for any queries within minutes. It's very simple to set up and customise to your brand. They are constantly adding new features to improve the service.
Great app, helped us increase AOV just enough to make our margins work with Facebook ads. Dev and customer team is also great. They reached out while I was doing some stuff on the app and pointed out that the cart icon counter didn't update automatically and helped fix it within couple of minutes. Also continuously updating the app to make it better. I tried other cart apps too, this happened to be the best fit with the most amount of features and a helpful dev team.
