So far we're loving it! We had a minor issue with a gift with purchase promotion we were running but the issue was swiftly resolved by the customer service team and our campaign was up and running asap.

Looks cool but I kept experiencing huge delays between clicking the cart or adding a product and the cart actually opening. Chatted with customer service twice but they said it was functioning normally. Also ran into issues where items would not add to the cart. Had to stop using it. Not sure if it was my theme because other people seem to have a good experience with this app.

I’ve been using Monster Cart App for a couple of months now, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. The functionality is excellent, and the app is easy to set up and customise. At first, I was hesitant to try it because I wasn’t sure about the cart design, but that concern was totally unjustified, as you can customise it to look exactly how you want.
