Fast and helpful support! I reached out to the support team and got a quick response, they helped me smoothly. Very complete app for managing upsells, free gifts, and cart discount thresholds — recommended for anyone looking to increase their store's AOV
Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with both the Monster Cart app and the customer service.
The app is marketed as an upsell solution, but it does not support true tiered upsells. For example, we wanted to offer one upsell when a customer adds a product to the cart, and then unlock an additional offer when they add the first upsell. This type of tiered setup is not possible, which was a major limitation for us.
Customer service has also been frustrating. Response times are too long, and it often feels like a different person is handling the conversation each time. Instead of getting a clear solution, I frequently receive another question and have to explain the issue again.
Overall, I’m not satisfied with either the functionality of the app or the level of customer support.
Great app for cart upsell offers — exactly what I needed for my store. The support team resolved my issue perfectly, the only thing they could improve is their response time. Highly recommend!
