Amazing support and a great app! The WhatsApp chat button works smoothly and was very easy to set up. The support team was extremely helpful, quick, and friendly. Special thanks to Paige for the excellent assistance and guidance — she made the whole process much easier.

I’ve installed Moose: WhatsApp for Shopify, and it’s been incredibly useful and easy to navigate. I am using Moose whatsapp and seeing a drastic change in our abandoned cart conversion. The account setup has been very smooth with the help of team. Mabel helped me with a very kind and supportive way. I would like to give 7 start to her but its not the option here. I will definitely recommend this app to all of my contacts. Thanks again !

Great app, simple to use and customer service is prompt and efficient - Mabel sorted our request immediately
The installation was very easy and everything has been working well so far. I'm very happy with the app and also with the friendly contact I had with Thomas from the support team.

Mabel has been very supportive in helping us setup the app. We're currently only using the chat button feature, but will soon add the widget. Good to know we'll have a team that helps us out.
