Why does this app still appear and run on my website even after I uninstalled it? And I can't reach customer service at all.

We were experienced a glitch with our customer support system over the weekend, which delayed our response to you. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you were already trying to get help, and we’re working to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Mabel has been very supportive in helping us setup the app. We're currently only using the chat button feature, but will soon add the widget. Good to know we'll have a team that helps us out.

I'm really happy with this app! I have to admit that the tech/computer world is a bit unfamiliar to me, so at first I had some trouble finding certain settings. But thanks to Thomas from the support team, I was able to find everything I needed very quickly.
