The installation was very easy and everything has been working well so far. I'm very happy with the app and also with the friendly contact I had with Thomas from the support team.
I installed the Moose WhatsApp Chat Button app, but it initially wasn't working on my store. I reached out to their support team, and they handled everything amazingly well. After I gave them staff access, their team investigated the issue and resolved it in about 40 minutes. It turned out the problem was a coding conflict within my theme, not the app itself, but they fixed it smoothly anyway. Excellent service and highly dedicated team!
Amazing support and a great app! The WhatsApp chat button works smoothly and was very easy to set up. The support team was extremely helpful, quick, and friendly. Special thanks to Paige for the excellent assistance and guidance — she made the whole process much easier.
